The death occurred peacefully at his residence in Bear River on Sunday, December 13, 2009, surrounded by the family of Rob Montgomery, age 36 years. Beloved partner of Bev MacIntyre. Survived by parents, Francis and Christine Montgomery, sister, Cherie (Joey Dixon) and brother, Richard (Jennifer McWilliams). Fondly remembered by uncles, Wayne Montgomery, Harrison Stead and aunt, Mary Arseneau. Sadly missed by nieces, Megan and Emily, nephew, Connor. Resting at the Dingwell Funeral Home in Souris for visiting hours on Tuesday, December 15, 2009, 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral to be held on Wednesday morning to St. Margarets Roman Catholic Church for funeral mass to be celebrated at 11 a.m. Interment in the parish cemetery.
