It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Leo Tessier on April 4 2012. Father of Susan (Sam) Roline, Dennis (Luis), Roland (Sylvia) and Armand (Tracey). Grandfather of Doneen Wooden (Ron Soberlak), Derry Wooden, Chad Tessier (Lisa), Candice Tessier and Sandra Tessier. Great Grandfather of Azalia Tessier, Dalena and Reed Soberlak, Isabella Wooden. Brother to Maurice (Peggy) Lucien (Yvonne), Noella Ladner,Rita Sunderland. Also many neices and nephews. He also leaves behind his good friends, Marrie, Anne and Chris. He was pre-deceased by his wife Mary (Holitzki) sister Margaret Brisson, brother Harvey & sister in law Wilma, brother in law Conrad Brisson, brother in law Johni Ladner, brother in law Ken Sunderland. Leo was born in St Denis Sask on Sept 13 1921 to Phillipe and Regina Tessier. He was a Veteran of WW II and moved to Merritt BC in 1950 to work at Nicola Valley Sawmills. His career turned to carpentry and he built over 140 houses. He moved to Kamloops in 1975. Leo will be sadly missed by all that knew and loved him.
