WINGERAK OCT. 24,1948 - AUG. 21, 2007 Terrance Gordon Wingerak passed away peacefully on August 21, 2007 at home with his devoted family at his side. He is survived by his loving wife, Pat, his son Troy (Tracey) Wingerak, of Kamloops, and his daughter Kerry (Terry) Morgan of North Vancouver, as well as his three grandchildren, Katie, Christian and Hannah. He is also lovingly remembered by his mother, Mary Wingerak, his four sisters and two brothers, Joan Sass, Lyonel Wingerak, Delores (Don) Shawaga, Shirley (Johnny) Karpinski, Bev (Eugene) Maystrowich and Lorne (Terry) Wingerak, as well as countless nieces, nephews and close friends. He was predeceased by his father, John Wingerak, his sister, Marlene Kammer and his beloved "Mickey". We will remember the love Terry felt for his family and friends and his ability to touch the lives of everyone he met. We will especially miss the joy and laughter he brought to every Christmas, Easter, wedding and family celebration. The family would like to especially thank Dr. Alice Huang. Without her support, the journey would have been unbearable. Also, thank you Scott Carson for helping us get through the last days of Terry's life. Prayers will be recited on Friday, August 24, 2007 at 7.00 p.m. at the Holy Trinity Ukrainian Catholic Church, 109 Tranquille Road. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at the church on Saturday, August 25, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. The family requests in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer Society of BC, Central Interior, Box 277 Station M, Kamloops, B.C., V2C 5K6 in memory of Terry.
