IN LOVING MEMORY OF STANLEY ELLIS HAWKINS We sadly announce the passing of Stan Hawkins on August 26, 2007 with family by his side after a brief battle with cancer. Born in Millville, York Co., N.B. on January 11, 1946, Stan is survived by his mother Bertha Hawkins, brothers and sisters, Carl (Betty), Claire (Helen), Shirley (late Willis), Anita (late Albert), Norma (Allen), Marguerite (late Gerry), Brian (Andrea), as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and close friends. He was predeceased by his father Harold in 1990. Stan will be cremated as per his request and his ashes buried with his father's at Hawkins Corner Cemetery in Millville, N.B. at a later date. Stan will be remembered for his dry wit, love of antiques and antique shopping. The family requests that any expressions of sympathy take the form of donations in Stan's name to the Canadian Cancer Society or the charity of your choice. A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, August 30, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Personal Alternative Funeral Services, Kamloops. 554-2324.
