Passed away suddenly at the Dr. G B Cross Memorial Hospital, Clarenville on Wednesday, April 11, 2012, Joyce Osmond of Canning’s Cove, aged 67 years. Predeceased by husband Pearce; parents Bert and Addie Simmonds; baby brother Charles. Left with fond and loving memories her sons Jamie and Jason (Trina); grandchildren Kelsey, Taylor, Jared and Kendra; sisters Neta (Ray) Layden, Dorothy Osmond, Ruby (Ronn) Lansdell; brothers Alvin (Jose) Simmonds, Maurice (Fern) Simmonds, Cecil (Emma) Simmonds and Ronald (Mary) Simmonds; and a large circle of family and friends. Rested at Anglican Church, Canning’s Cove. Funeral service took place on Sunday, April 15, 2012 at the Anglican Church, Canning’s Cove with interment at Anglican Cemetery, Canning’s Cove.
