Peacefully at Beach Grove Home on Monday, April 9, 2012 of Mrs. Martha V. Kennedy (nee Walker) of Charlottetown age 90 years. Beloved wife of the late Samuel L. Kennedy and dear sister of Norma MacLean. She was predeceased by her parents Hugh and Elvira (nee Murray) Walker and sisters and brothers, Mary MacPhail, Dorothy MacDonald-MacAskill, Phyllis Frizzell-Whitlock, John Walker and Roland Walker. Resting at the Cutcliffe Funeral Home where the funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Thursday, April 19, 2012 at 1 p.m. Interment to follow in the family plot in the People’s Cemetery, Charlottetown. Visiting hours on Wednesday, April 18, 2012 from 7 - 9 p.m. If so desired, memorial contributions may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart & Stroke Foundation of PEI.
