(March 21, 1923 - April 15, 2012) – Passed away on Sunday, April 15th, 2012, Thomas Harvey Lake, formerly of Fortune, NL, in his 89th year. Predeceased by his loving wife Lydia Alice (June 2003); parents Jasper (1928) and Grace Bertha (1978); and young sister Hilda (1924). Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are his children: Carl (Ethel), Heather Evans (Maurice), Jeanette May (Howard), and Jasper; grandchildren: Tom (Kenza), Dennis (Susan), Robert (Stacey), Andrew (Joanne), Jennifer (Pierre Luc); great-grandchildren: Eric, Emily, Sofia, Noah, Lydia, Emma and Vinol; sister Clara Reid and brother Jasper (Marion); other family and friends; and his “Hillcrest Estates” family. Resting at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 73 Commonwealth Avenue, Mount Pearl. Visitation from 2-4 and 7-9 on Tuesday, April 17, 2012.
