At Wedgewood Manor, Summerside, on Friday, Dec. 18, 2009, of Douglas Orville Harris, formerly of Knutsford, aged 83. Born in Knutsford on May 14, 1926, son of the late Harry and Mary Laura (Yeo) Harris. Brother-in-law of Geraldine Harris, Knutsford, and Helen Harris, Summerside. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by brothers and sisters, Leighman, Albina, Herman, Llewellyn, Ivan, Reby, Willis, Mary and Gordon. Resting at the Ferguson Funeral Home and Chapel, O’Leary, with visiting hours Sunday 1 to 3 p.m. The funeral service will be held in the Chapel following the visiting hours on Sunday at 3 p.m. Interment to be in the Springfield West Baptist Church Cemetery in the spring. Memorials to the Springfield West Baptist Cemetery would be appreciated.
