It is with great sadness that the family of the late KENNETH W. BUNGAY of Fortune announces his passing at the Blue Crest Nursing Home in Grand Bank on Friday March 30, 2012 at the age of 88. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are Sons Carl (Ethel) of Fortune, Merrill (Cecilia) of Burin, Kevin (Jackie) of Winnipeg, Wayne (Debbie) of Winnipeg and Lorne (Jackie) of Winnipeg; Daughters Blanche Harris (Harry) of Fortune, Joan Collier (Barry) of Winterland and Lorriena Allison (Dave) of Winnipeg; Daughter-in-Law Colonel Joy Bungay of Gander; Sister Donnabel Rose of Grand Bank; Brother Lewis Bungay of Seal Cove; 23 Grandchildren; 24 Great-Grandchildren; 1 Great-great-grandchild; Plus a large circle of relatives and friends. Pre-deceases by Wife Elsie and Son Colonel Roy Bungay.

Funeral Mass took place on Monday April 2, 2012 at 2:00pm from Salvation Army Citadel Church in Grand Bank. Interment followed at the Salvation Army Cemetery in Grand Bank. In Kenneth’s memory, donations may be made to the family. No flowers by request of the family.
