Passed peacefully away after a brief illness at St. Clare’s Hospital on December 19, 2009 at the age of 87 years. Predeceased by her husband Marshall Green, brother Fred Giles and sister Effie Perry. Left with cherished memories are her sister Dorothy Young, son Robert (Elizabeth), daughter Maud (Tom Kerrivan), daughter Patricia (Bob Maxwell), and special friend Art Coward. Nan will be missed by her eight grandchildren Linda (Ron Waddleton), Yvonne (Danny White), Donna, Jason (Tammy Kerrivan), Michael, Lori (Lloyd Nash), Erin, and Allison (Mark King); and her 10 great grandchildren Bradley, Dana, Brittany, Courtney, Morgan, Anna, Taylor, Ben, Elizabeth and Preston. Many friends and neighbours will miss her dearly and remember her fondly. Visitation at Kittiwake Funeral Home Wesleyville, on December 21, 2009 from 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service December 22, 2009 at St. Stephen’s Anglican Church, Greenspond. Interment to follow at the Inter-Faith Cemetery in Greenspond. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Cancer Society, or one’s charity of choice, will be greatly appreciated.
