Peacefully at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, surrounded by her family, on Monday, December 21, 2009, of Marion Christina Jay (nee MacLean) of Charlottetown and formerly of East Royalty, in her 91st year.
Wife of the late Garfield Jay. Mother of Velda (Ken) Shaw, Elwin, Arlie, Mervin (Susie) and Reuben. Grandmother of 14 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Sister of Mildred Lord and sister-in-law of Martha MacLean.
Resting at MacLean Funeral Home Swan Chapel. Funeral Thursday from Zion Presbyterian Church at 10 a.m. Interment in Sherwood Cemetery. If so desired, memorials to Zion Presbyterian Church would be appreciated.
