Passed peacefully away at the Central Newfoundland Health Care Centre in Grand Falls-Windsor on Tuesday, May 1, 2012, Mrs. Maggie T. Rose, age 85 years of Milltown. Leaving to mourn her loving family: daughter, Sadie, and husband, Calvin Simms, at Calgary, AB; two grandchildren, David and wife, Jennifer, at Halifax, NS and Daryl and wife, Melanie, at Calgary, AB; four great grandchildren, Elizabeth, Kayla, Mason and Zackary; plus a number of other relatives and friends. Predeceased by her husband, Ronald; sister, Matilda; brothers, Henry, Clayton, Hubert and Jack. Funeral service was held on Friday, May 4, 2012 at 2:00 pm from Christ Anglican Church in Milltown with Rev. Roy Simms officiating. Interment followed at the Anglican Cemetery in Milltown.
