Dr. Margaret Horne/Atkinson 1922-2007 On December 7th, 2007. Dr. Margaret Horne/Atkinson passed away peacefully at the Marjorie Willoughby Snowden Hospice Home at the age of 85 years. Margaret is survived by her brother Raymond (Barbara) Atkinson, as well as numerous nieces, nephews and grand nieces and nephews. Margaret studied medicine in England and practiced in Brandon, Calgary, Fredericton, and Kamloops. She touched many, many lives both professionally and personally through her many interests which included children, bears, cats, hiking and horseback riding. An informal gathering in celebration of her life will occur in February, 2008. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of your choice in Margaret's name.
