GAUDET, STELLA - Stella Gaudet, 89, formerly of Saint-Paul, passed away on Wednesday, May 9, 2012 at Résidence O’Bons Soins in Shediac where she resided. Born on August 27, 1922 in Saint-Paul, she was the daughter of the late Alban and Sara (Cormier) Belliveau. She is survived by three daughters: Roseline Bourgeois (Paul) of Dieppe, Lydia Gaudet of Saint-Antoine and Simonne Richard (Gilles) of Sainte-Marie-de-Kent; three sons: Raymond of Moncton, Jean (Gloria) of Saint-Paul and Gilles (Diane) of Bouctouche; five sisters: Edmée Belliveau (late Emile), Aline Boudreau (late Antoine), Maria Belliveau, Sr Norma Belliveau, n.d.s.c., all of Moncton and Dorice Cormier (late Yvon) of Saint-Antoine; two brothers: Gérald of Ottawa and Norman of New Hampshire; six grandchildren: Martin, Sylvette, Joline, Nadia, Annick and Karine; four great-grandchildren: Isabelle, Vicky, Nicholas and Alexis as well as many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Francis (2000) as well as her sisters and brothers: Mabel, Thérèse, Rose, Laurie and Roger.
By request, there will be no visitation. The funeral mass will be celebrated at Saint-Paul R.C. Church in Saint-Paul, on Friday, May 11, 2012 at 4 p.m. Interment will be in parish cemetery. In memory of Stella, a contribution to the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont Hospital Foundation would be appreciated.
