Asako Mary Nakano passed away peacefully at Royal Inland Hospital on May 5, 2012 at the age of 93 years.

Cherished mother of Terry (Sumiko), Judy (Stanley), Roy (Robin), Akemi and Gordie. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

Predeceased by husband Nobuki in 1982 and brothers; Tom and Joe Yamasaki.

Thanks to nurses and staff of 3 West ward of Royal Inland Hospital for their care and kindness to our mother. We are grateful to Dr. Howie for his compassionate care over the years.

She will be missed and remembered with love by her children and grandchildren.

A private family service will be held.
