Elsie Gaynes of Kamloops passed away on Friday, May 11, 2012 at the age of 79 years.
Her memory will be cherished by her loving husband Ralph, son Terry (Brenda) Gaynes of Ontario and daughter Beverley (John) Petri of Kamloops; grandchildren Mark, Stephanie (James), Jennifer (Nick), Stacey, Jessica, Nicole and Katy; and great grandson Travis.
She was predeceased by her daughter Myrtle (2008) and grandson Tyler (2008).
Elsie passed away after a difficult time but was at peace in the end. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her. Many thanks to the Nurses and Care Aide staff at Kamloops Seniors Village.
Memorial donations in Elsie’s memory may be made to the Alzheimer Society of BC, 300 - 828 West 8th Ave. Vancouver, B.C. V5Z 1E2, in lieu of flowers.
The Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, May 15, 2012 at the Kamloops Funeral Home Chapel, 285 Fortune Drive.
