July 17th, 1968 - December 23rd, 2009 of Witless Bay, passed peacefully away surrounded by his loving family on December 23, 2009, our precious son James Patrick Glasco, age 41 years. Now in the loving arms of his grandmother Florence (nee Rodgers) Mercer. Leaving behind to mourn his parents Florence and Robert Glasco; beloved sister Wanda Squires (Stephen) and two special nephews Gregory and Jared; three adorable children - son Shane Burton (Paula), daughter Melissa Burton and son James Robert Cox; special uncle and friend John Collier (Brenda); loving and supportive girlfriend Karen Haynes and her father Roger Haynes; very special friends Michelle and Debbie Burton. Also leaving to mourn grandparents Joseph and Joan Glasco and as well as many other relatives and friends. A special thank you to the wonderful staff at the Health Sciences Centre, ICCU and pastoral care. Cremation has taken place. No visitation. A private family service will take place on Saturday, December 26th, 2009. No flowers by request. Donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or Dr. H.
