Passed away peacefully at the Woods Park Care Centre in Barrie on Tuesday, December 22, 2009. Florence Vincent (Blackmore) formerly of St. John’s, Newfoundland in her 85th year was the beloved wife of the late Maxwell Vincent. Dear mother of Shirley Sooley and her husband Garry of Belleville and Glenn and his wife Heather, formerly of Labrador City, NL. Loving grandmother of Heidi Henry (Jason), Andrew Sooley (Erin), Jason Vincent, Jennifer Vincent and Sarah Vincent. Great-grandmother of Jacob, Evan and Ethan Henry. Also survived by sister Daphne Butler of Mt. Pearl, NL. Will be resting at Carnell’s Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road with funeral services to follow at a time to be announced later.
