CORMIER, LEDA - Leda Cormier passed away at Residence Senateur Romeo LeBlanc, Memramcook on Friday, May 18, 2012 at the age of 77. Born on August 26, 1934, she was the daughter of the late Philomon LeBlanc and the late Elizabeth Breau. She worked at Dupuis Save Easy for 20 years until her retirement. She is survived by one daughter, Patricia (Donald) Gauvin of Moncton; two sons, Robert (Phyllis) of Memramcook East and Charles (Murielle) of La Montain; four sisters, Stella (George) LeBlanc of Memramcook Lake, Norma (late Edgar) Cormier of St-Marie de Kent, Irene (Aurele) Landry and Annie (Alonzo) Boudreau both of Memramcook Lake, one brother Joseph (Angela) LeBlanc of College Bridge; three grandson: Denis, Luc and Patrick and by several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Leonard (2003); two sisters, Anita and Dorine and by one brother Hector.
Visitation will be held at Dupuis Funeral Home on Tuesday, May 22 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. and on Wednesday, May 23 from 2 to 4 pm and 5:30 to 6:30 pm. Funeral mass will be held at Notre Dame de Lourdes church, Memramcook East on Wedsnesday, May 23 at 7:00 pm. Interment will be held in the parish cemetery.
