Passed away peacefully at the Woods Park Care Centre in Barrie, Ont., Tuesday, December 22, 2009. Florence Vincent (Blackmore) formerly of St. John’s Newfoundland in her 85th year was the beloved wife of the late Maxwell Vincent. Dear mother of Shirley Sooley and her husband Garry of Belleville and Glenn and his wife Heather formerly of Labrador City, N.L. Loving grandmother of Heidi Henry (Jason), Andrew Sooley (Erin), Jason Vincent, Jennifer Vincent and Sarah Vincent. Great-grandmother of Jacob, Evan and Ethan Henry. Also survived by sister Daphne Butler of Mt. Pearl, N.L. Resting at Carnell’s Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road with visitation on Monday, December 28, 2009 from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Service to take place from the Carnell Memorial Chapel on Tuesday, December 29, 2009 at 11 a.m. with interment to follow at Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
