It is with great sadness that the family of the late Glen Herbert Simms announce his sudden passing at his family residence on Tuesday, December 22nd, 2009, in his 69th year. Leaving to mourn: his daughter, Glenda Gabbard; his grandsons: Kyle and Damien; his siblings: Cyril (Edith), Roy, Alex (Nellie), Wilbert (Glenda), Woodrow (Lily - Joy) and Lloyd, all of Deer Lake. Glen was predeceased by his parents, Cecil and Bessie Simms and his sister-in-law, Vera Simms. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will take place on Saturday, December 26th, 2009 at 11:00 a.m., with Majors Wayne and Betty Ann Pike officiating.
