Passed peacefully away at home, on June 2, 2012, at the age of 70. Predeceased by parents Jonathan and Florence Taylor. Leaving to mourn his wife Violet (Noftle); two daughters: Nancy (Mike) Foley, Michelle (Eugene) Dwyer; three sons: Jeff, Carl (Valerie) and Terry (Karen); thirteen grandchildren: Colin and Heather (and their mother Carolyn), Crystal, Shannon, Ashley, Amanda, Zachary, Riley, Benjamin, Marjorie, Shonah, Erin, Emma; six great-grandchildren: Landon, Mya, James, Zachary, Phinley, Cohen; one sister Ann (Gerry) McDonald; as well as brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and a large circle of family and friends. Resting at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 73 Commonwealth Avenue, Mount Pearl from 7-9 p.m. on Monday and from 10 a.m. - 9 p.m. Tuesday. Cremation will follow the visitation.
