MCCULLY, EDWARD R. – 57, of Parrsboro passed away suddenly June 4, 2012 at home. Born in Parrsboro, he was a son of the late Gerald and Irene (Carr) McCully. He is survived by his wife, Anne McCully, Parrsboro; daughters, Dawn McCully (Lawrence Willigar), Parrsboro; April McCully (Matt Hill), Dartmouth; two brothers, Grant (Lynda), Gravenhurst, Ont.; Charles (Ruth), Parrsboro; several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a sister in infancy; a brother, Gerald. Visitation 6-8 p.m. Thursday at Smith’s Funeral Home, Parrsboro, where funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Friday, Rev. Greg Doyle officiating. Burial in St. Brigid’s Cemetery, Parrsboro. Reception to follow at St. Brigid’s Hall. Memorial donations may be made to the Parrsboro Section of Alcoholics Anonymous.
