It is with great sadness that the family of the late HELEN DOBER HENNEBURY THORNE of Marystown announces her passing surrounded by her loving children at the Burin Peninsula Health Care Centre in Burin on Saturday June 9, 2012 at the age of 79. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are her 8 children Thomas Hennebury of Skiff, AB, Theresa (Roger) Loder of Winnipeg, MB, Pauline (Jerry) Isaacs of Burin, Jackie (Kevin) Bungay of Winnipeg, MB, Maurice (Kathy) Hennebury of Skiff, AB, Brian (Carolann) Hennebury of Grand Prairie, AB, Rodney (Rose) Hennebury of Winnipeg, AB, and Scott (Sabrina) Thorne of Marystown; 21 Grandchildren; 24 Great-Grandchildren; Brothers Hubert Dober, Jerome Dober, and Bern (Leona) Dober of Marystown; plus a large circle of family and friends. Pre-deceased by her 1st Husband Maurice Hennebury; 2nd Husband Arch Thorne; Brother Thomas Dober; and Sisters Rita Barry, Mary Rideout and Bridget Brake.

Funeral Mass took place on Tuesday June 12, 2012 at 2:00pm from Sacred Heart R.C. Church in Marystown. Interment followed at the Sacred Heart R.C. Cemetery in Marystown. As expressions of sympathy donations in Helen’s memory may be made to The Janeway Children’s Hospital or flowers gratefully accepted.
