Born July 15, 1922, she was the daughter of the late Harold and Elsie (nee Thompson) Gillis. Dear sister to Harry and his wife Ruth of Ellerslie. Dear aunt to Sandra (Chris) Taweel, Michael (Sandra) Gillis, Shelley (Paul) Kelly, Kimberley (Raymond) Culleton, Susan (Rick) McNaulty, Harold (Maureen) Hutchinson. She was predeceased by her sister, Ruth Hutchinson. Resting at the Rooney Funeral Home, Alberton.
