SHEEHAN, MASON ANTHONY - It is with great sadness that the family of Mason Anthony Sheehan announces his passing on Thursday, June 14, 2012. Born in 1989 at Saint John, NB, he is the son of Lori and Larry Skelding and Mike (Mabel Challoner) Sheehan. Mason was a huge Montreal Canadians Fan, he adored his video games and computer and he absolutely loved his time in High School at St. Malachy’s where he made many wonderful friends. He will be loved and missed by all who knew him. In addition to his parents, Mason is survived by his brother Michael Sheehan (Kayla Jones); sisters Jessica Sheehan (Andrew Pollock) and Kaitlin Skelding, all of Saint John; paternal grandmother Vera Sheehan; grandparents Marjorie and Bernie Keith; best friend Tanisha Mantin and lots of extended family. Mason was predeceased by his paternal grandfather Charles Sheehan, maternal grandparents Ernest and Mary Sheehan and his childhood best friend Leo McPhee.
Arrangements under the care and direction of Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road, Saint John, NB, (646-2424) with visiting Friday evening from 7 to 9 pm and Saturday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. Funeral Service will be held Monday, June 18, 2012 from Fundy Funeral Home Chapel at 1pm followed by the committal in Fernhill Cemetery.
