LEE With great sadness we announce that Naidine Marie Lee passed away on March 16, 2008. She was born August 15, 1921 in Harbin, Manchuria and came to Canada with her family in 1924. Naidine has resided in Barriere for the past 34 years. She leaves to mourn, her sons Norman DeForest and Frederick (Freddie) Ayers, daughters Lynn MacDonald and Frances (Robin) DeHart, grandchildren Earl & Adam Ayers, Michael (Kendra) MacDonald, Tammy Shewchuk, Shauna and Stacey Balzer, Presley and Holly DeHart. She also leaves to cherish her memory her brother Al Evanoff and sister Kathleen (Elmer) Haney, numerous nieces and nephews and her special friends Dave and Kathy Jensen, Mary Ayers and Gordon Balzer. Naidine was predeceased by her husbands Norman DeForest, Harold Ayers and Elmer Lee, her parents Frederick and Feodocia (Florence) Evanoff, her brothers Bill, Tony, Victor and Emile Evanoff, granddaughter Lisa MacDonald and grandson Dallas DeHart. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, March 22, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. in the Barriere Royal Canadian Legion, lower level. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society, Unit 111, 450 Lansdowne Street, Kamloops, B.C. V2C 1Y3 in memory of Naidine would be appreciated.
