IN LOVING MEMORY OF KAZIMIERZ PEL On Saturday, March 22, 2008 Mr. Kazimierz Pel passed away at the Overlander Extended Care at the age of 88 years. He was born in Poland and came to Canada in 1948. He is survived by his loving family, three daughters Carolina (Gary) of Aldergrove, B.C., Kristine of Coquitlam and Margaret of Kamloops, his two sons Peter and John both of Kamloops. Also left to cherish his memory are his three grandchildren Michelle (Richard), Christopher and Alison and three great-grandchildren Carrisa, Kaitlyn and Alyse; and many relatives in Poland and the USA. He was predeceased by his wife Czeslawa, his daughter Teresa, his parents Jan and Teofila and his brothers Stanislaw, Bolislaw, Tadek, Piotr and Lutek. Mr. Pel made his home in Kamloops for over 50 years. He was an avid fisherman. Thanks to Dr. Howie and the staff in Southpark at Overlander Extended Care. Prayers will be recited on Wednesday, March 26, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. in Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church. The Reverend Father Derrick Cameron will celebrate the Mass of Christian Burial in the church on Thursday, March 27, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow in the family plot at Hillside Cemetery.
