DULCIE ELIZABETH LUCY BROWN March 12, 1919 - March 20, 2008 It is with sadness we announce the peaceful passing of our friend, Dulcie Brown. Born in Caversham, England, she was predeceased by her brothers Tom and James Brown, and by her good friend, Barbara Pacey. She is survived by her niece Susan (Bernard) Parker, and two great nieces and their families in England and Australia. In Canada she had many wonderful friends. Thank you to all of you. In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to the Kamloops Food Bank, or to The Primate's World Relief and Development Fund (c/o St. Paul's Cathedral).
