ERNEST GREVILLE STONIER February 6th, 1935 - March 19th, 2008 While sleeping on Wednesday, March 19th, 2008, Grev was called from his residence in Victoria to join the Court of King Neptune. Born and raised in Powell River, Grev was the third son of Ernest and Dora. Grev is survived by his children, Ron and wife Sue, Garth and wife Kimberly, his daughter Ashley, brothers Peter and Barry, and grandchildren Shavon and Mandy. He was a man who treasured the peace and tranquility of being on the water. Always choosing to live in areas where access to boating was easily available. A dedicated man who was honoured to be involved in the fundraising and launch of a high speed rescue boat with Gibson's Coast Guard Auxiliary. In his memory, he requested his friends pause for a moment, step away from their frustrations and take the time to appreciate what they have achieved in this world. Special thanks to Donna, a friend who provided constant support, and the staff at the Priory who welcomed Grev into their community with open arms.
