CONNAGHAN March 29, 1929 - March 31, 2008 John Robert James (Bob) Connaghan, passed away peacefully in Kamloops Hospice on March 31, 2008 with his family by his side. Bob is survived by his wife of 46 years Ida, his sisters Rosemary MacMillan, Shirley Connaghan, Nancy Doyle, and numerous relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents Jim and Ida Connaghan, his sister Teresa and brother Graham. Bob was born and raised in Winnipeg, Manitoba. He came to BC in 1960 and moved to Kamloops in 1992. Bob was very active within his church and volunteered extensively in our community. Bob's sense of humour and his knack for having a joke for every occasion will be sadly missed. Prayers will be recited at 7:00 P.M. on Thursday, April 3, 2008 at Sacred Heart Cathedral followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, April 4, 2008 at Sacred Heart (255 Nicola Street), followed by Interment at Hillside Cemetery.
