In Loving Memory of Verna Evelyn Preston February 4, 1937 - April 6, 2008 Verna Preston (nÈe Wale) of Clearwater, BC, was born in Eston, Saskatchewan. For the past twenty years, she has lived in the North Thompson Valley with Elgin, her loving husband of over 50 years. She will be sadly missed by Elgin and by her children, Linda Preston of Kamloops, BC, Patricia Preston of Ontario, Kathy Gebert (Ryan) of Chase, BC, and Wayne Preston of Clearwater, BC. Also mourning Verna's passing are her eight grandchildren, two step-grandchildren, one great grandchild, and her many cherished friends. A Memorial Service for Verna Preston will take place on Friday, April 11, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. in the banquet room at the Wells Gray Inn, Clearwater, BC.
