After a courageous 1 1/2 year battle with cancer, Ghislaine (Jes) Marie Dolores Ballam passed away peacefully at the age of 54, with her family at her side.

She is survived by her loving husband and best friend Brooke, her children: Cathie, Christie (Jason), Honour and LB (Brooke); her mother Jeanine; her brothers Joe (Judy) and Mitch (Cindy); her sisters Marcelle (Frank), Nicole (Shane) and Delina (Sam); her grandchildren Cameren, Lauren, Taylor, Kaedyn, and Sidney, and all of her beloved nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her father Roland Larocque and mother-in-law Heather Ballam.

Left to keep her spot warm is her beloved Kujo.

All are welcome to join us for a Celebration of Life on Saturday, June 23, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. in the Schoening Funeral Chapel, 513 Seymour Street, Kamloops.

In lieu of flowers, donations would be greatly appreciated to the Klimo Cancer Clinic at Lions Gate Hospital, c/o Dr. Sasha Smiljanic in memory of Ghislaine.
