Audrey Beatrice Deardoff (Moorhouse) May 14, 1934 - May 9, 2008 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dearly loved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandma, sister and aunt. Audrey died May 9, 2008 at the Royal Inland Hospital in Kamloops, BC. Audrey will be fondly remembered and forever missed by her younger sister, Jean McLean, loving husband Dennis, their two sons Cam (Onie), Darcy (Janis) and daughter Denise (Darrell), her grandchildren Craig (Suzi), Britt (Jesse), Malena, Justin, Kelsey (Jason), Dustin, Levi, Skylar, Kody (Allen), Spencer (Ashlee), Karly and Caleb as well as her great-grandchildren Spencer, Keegan & brand new baby Audrey. She will also be remembered by numerous relatives and friends. Audrey was predeceased by her father (Aaron Moorhouse), mother and stepfather (Ethel and Jack Reid) and sister Betty Brown. Audrey was born in Calgary, AB. She was married to the love of her life Dennis Deardoff on April 16, 1955. Together they raised their family throughout Alberta and BC. Audrey was a passionate entrepreneur and later became a realtor for seventeen years. In July 2007, Dennis & Audrey relocated from Edmonton, AB to Kamloops, BC. Throughout her life, Audrey always gave of herself to those who needed comfort, assistance and a guiding hand. She will always be remembered for her genuine unconditional love, strong family values, faith, compassionate generous spirit, bold outspoken personality and her keen sense of humor. Her family would like to thank Dr. Brink and the emergency staff and the 3 West Nursing Staff at Royal Inland Hospital. They also would like to thank Pastor Larry Boss and the church family at Kamloops Alliance Church. A celebration of Audrey's Life will be held at 1:00 P.M., Friday, May 16, 2008 at the Kamloops Alliance Church (233 Fortune Drive) in Kamloops, BC. Cemetery interment and fellowship to follow.
