ALEX FARQUHAR July 9, 1927 - May 20, 2008 Passed away peacefully at Marjorie Willoughby Snowden Hospice with his family at his side. Much loved and missed by his wife Barbara; son Martin (Connie); daughter Kathleen Vermey (Brian); granddaughters Robin, Maxine, Nicole and Heather; brothers George & Roy; sister Evelyn. We extend heartfelt thanks to Shirley Dobson, Community Care nurses Mary Lowe & Diane Ogden as well as the staff and volunteers at Marjorie Willoughby Snowden Hospice for their exceptional care and compassion. A celebration of Alex's life will take place on Monday, May 26, 2008 at Sahali Fellowship Church, 1565 Summit Dr. Kamloops at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers a donation in dad's memory to the Marjorie Willoughby Snowden Hospice at 72 Whiteshield Cres.
