Norman MacNevin, 64, of Straffordville, Ont., passed away Dec. 24, 2009, at St. Thomas Hospital, St. Thomas, Ont. He lost his battle with cancer after 15 months.
Born in O’Leary, P.E.I., he later resided in Coxheath, C.B.
He was the son of the late Rodrick and Irene MacNevin.
He is survived by his loving wife, Nancy (Sanderson); children, Julie Ann, Dean (Sue) and Lenore (Jamie), Nova Scotia, and Desi, Darcy (Jolene) and Darryl, P.E.I. He is also survived by siblings, Edwin (Eleanor) and Keith, Ontario, Dorothy Mapplebeck, Greenwood, Jean Legge, Joan Quade, Brian (Anna Marie), Sydney, and his stepmother, Archena MacNevin.
He was predeceased by his parents, infant sister, Rose Lorraine and infant son, Dennis.
Cremation has taken place. Family interment at a later date.
