Baby Boy Rylan Edward Joseph Meaney

Surrounded by his loving family, Rylan Edward Joseph Meaney earned his angel wings on July 7th, 2012 at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital. He was a fighter and fought until the end! Rylan is survived by his parents, Ashley Meaney & Jeffrey Brake, his brother Brayden Meaney, his sister Ciara Meaney, Grandparents Chris Hickey, Trish Roche (Eddy Roche), and Sandra Brake (Guy Brake), Great grandparents Clara Hickey, Mary Meaney, Verna Brake (Hayward Brake) and Catherine Park (Samuel Park), Aunts Susan Meaney (Otto Mitchell), Tara Meaney (Peter Curtis), Jillian Brake (God parent) and Rebecca Roche, Cousins Hannah Deluney, James Deluney and Jesse Brake, God parent Geoff Davis and also a large circle of family and friends. Rylan was predeceased in death by his great grandfathers William Hickey and Fredrick Meaney. Visitation will take place at Country Haven Funeral Home 167 Country Road on Monday July 9, 2012 from the hours of 2-4 & 7-9 P.M. and on Tuesday July 10, 2012 from the hours of 2-4 & 7-9 P.M… Funeral service will be held on Wednesday July 11, 2012 from The Cathedral of the Most Holy Redeemer and Immaculate Conception, Mount Bernard Avenue at 10:30 A.M. with Monsignor Edwin Gale officiating. Interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy flowers are graciously accepted or donations may be made to the Autism Society or the Bay of Islands S.P.C.A. Rylan has touched the lives of many since he was brought into this world on August 2nd, 2011 and he will be remembered each and every day as the most perfect and pleasant child he was. May his body rest in peace but his spirit live on forever. We love you always!
