Donald Leo Moldenhauer passed away peacefully on January 1st, 2010 at the Marjorie Willoughby Snowden Hospice in Kamloops with his nieces and good friend Eva by his side.

Don is predeceased by his loving wife Diane in 2008 in Ashcroft, his parents Roy and Mary, brothers Ted, Emil, Leo, Roy Wally, sisters Kay Armstrong, Lillian Poelzer, niece Donna Nupdal and nephew Gary Martain.

Don was born in Allan, Saskatchewan on December 16th, 1937 to Roy and Mary Moldenhauer and is survived by brothers Joe (Gloria) of Calgary, Ed (Lois) of Edmonton, sister Rosalie (Don) of Sask., his twin brother Ron of Sask., John of Ontario, Bob of Sask., sisters-in-law Marie of Sask., Marilyn of Ontario, and brother-in-law Jerry Poelzer of Kamloops, and many nieces, nephews extended family and friends.

Don worked at Bethlehem Copper Mine in Logan Lake until his retirement.

Should friends so desire, Donations in Memory of Don may be made to the Kamloops Hospice Assn. 72 Whiteshield Cres. South, Kamloops, B.C., V2E 2S9.

A Celebration Mass for Don will be held on Saturday, January 9th, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. at St. Gerardís Catholic Church with Fr. Malcolm DeWeese Celebrant. Thompson Valley Funeral Home Ashcroft entrusted with arrangements.
