JOHNSTON Thomas A. Johnston passed away peacefully at the age of 86 years in the Town of Ashcroft on Saturday July 19th 2008. Tom was born January 21st, 1922 in Fort McLeod, Alberta and is predeceased by his daughter Nalani and his brother Lou. Tom has been married to Leila for an amazing 65 years and leaves a legacy of four children, ten grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren. As a young man Tom served proudly in the RCNVR during WWII and has enjoyed being a legion member at Branch #113 since settling with his family in Ashcroft in 1967. Tom has chosen to be cremated and a Celebration Of Life Service will be held on Friday, July 25th, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. in the Ashcroft Community Hall, Bancroft St. Ashcroft. Rev.
