GODDARD, STELLA DOROTHY - Stella Dorothy Goddard, 87, of Taylor's Special Care Home, formerly of Anagance, passed away at the Moncton City Hospital on July 19, 2012. Born in Coles Island, she was the daughter of the late William and Mary (nee Pollock) O'Blenis. Stella was a member of the Anagance United Church. She is survived by her daughter, Nancy Dennison of Anagance; her son, Gordon Goddard (Janet) of Anagance; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, Stella was predeceased by her loving husband, Donald Goddard; sisters: Mary Steeves and Annie DeRoche; and brothers: Elmer, Orman and George O'Blenis.
Visitation will be held on Sunday from 2 to 4 & 7 to 9pm; the funeral service will be held on Monday, July 23, 2012 at 11:00am, all in Armstrong's Funeral Home, 33 Russell Street, Petitcodiac. Interment will be held in the Anagance United Church Cemetery. A special thank-you to the Petitcodiac Extra Mural and to the Red Cross.
