Rudi Kiegerl July 11, 1936 - August 30, 2008 Beloved husband, father, grandfather, uncle and brother passed away in Kamloops, BC, at the age of 72 after a courageous battle with cancer. Left to cherish his memory are his wife Pauline of 37 years, daughter Lisa Schuba (Rob) of Regina; Sean Kiegerl (Hannah) of Logan Lake; grandchildren, Jared, Jordan and Sarah Schuba; brothers, Willi Kiegerl (Jean) of Merritt; Karl Kiegerl (Lani) of Chicago; Hans Kiegerl of Austria and Joe Jauschnigg of Campbell River; and many special nieces, nephews, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, cousins and friends. Rudi loved the outdoors; he was an accomplished hunter and fisherman.UIn the summer he enjoyed camping with friends and family.U He loved gardening, making wine and golfing.UFor many years he faithfully groomed and skied the cross-country ski trails around Logan Lake.URudi loved to cook for his family and friends and his culinary skills were well known.U Everyone who knew him loved and admired him.URudi was a man who you could count on; he always had a smile, a story and a joke to tell.
