MARY JEAN (SQUIRT) WALSH December 24, 1923 - September 10, 2008 With great sorrow and heavy hearts we share the passing of our Mother, Grandmother and friend. Mom was born in Bowden, Alberta to Jenny and Frank Zurawel and leaves to mourn her passing Rick (Glenda), Donna (Bob) Wheeldon, Frank (Janet), Janet Fisher, Bud (Carla), nephew and almost son Donny and her two surviving sisters Ellen Gregson of Lethbridge and Rose Petiot of Calgary. Predeceased by husband Jim and sons Dan and Rob, Mom and Dad, sister Olga and brother Tom. All her friends knew she doted on and loved her grandchildren Todd, Jason, Trisha, Lynette, Michael, Taylor, Brittany, Jeff, Makenzie, Drew and great grandchildren Devon, Mason and Ethan. Mom loved to speak of her early years, a Ukrainian dancer as a young girl, working at Holy Cross Hospital with Sister Agnes, in meeting the love of her life Jim, and her most precious moment, meeting Prince Charles and Princess Diana when Jim was Mayor.
