FOLEY Linda Margaret Foley (Ferguson) was born on June 21,1947. In this life she showed us the strength to overcome even the hardest battles and compassion for others through her own heartbreak after the loss of her first children Brenda age 4 and Clint age 2. Linda showed faith even though she was diagnosed with schizophrenia and three manic-depressives and she had the will to fight even though all odds were against her with the news of having cancer. She fought for so many years that she was just too tired and she passed away in her sleep on Monday, November 17, 2008. As she enters a new journey she will be missed by many: her children Brian Foley, Debra Brass (Ronald Brass), Rebecca Foley (Mike Adams); grandchildren Alexis Foley-Norris, Rebecca Brass and Alex Brass; her siblings Elaine Davis, Janis Haughton (Ken), Heather Meeson (John) as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by and will be reunited with her parents Kathleen and John Ferguson and her children Brenda and Clinton Foley. Even though she has begun a new chapter, I believe that she will be our angel looking down upon us using the wisdom she acquired in this life, she will be able to guide the ones she loved. So let us remember the woman she was and not the mask that covered her. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, November 22, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. in the Schoening Funeral Chapel, 513 Seymour Street.
