VICTOR NELSON; May 11, 1923 - February 10, 2009 ;Victor was born in Ignace, Ontario, the youngest of four children. He and his wife, Leone, moved to B.C. early in their marriage and lived in various communities throughout the province. Victor was predeceased by Leone in 2008. He will be lovingly remembered by his son, Chris (Lynn), and grandchildren, Tanis (Vancouver) and Dennis (Katie) (Victoria). We will miss his keen sense of humour, his wit and his warmth. The family is very grateful for the loving and tender care he received from the staff and Dr. Paul Yanko during his stay at Pine Grove Retirement Home. At Victor's request, a family celebration of his life will take place in Penticton in the spring. In lieu of flowers the family suggest a donation be made in Victor's name to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of B.C
