CHUPA Jack Chupa was born on July 21, 1927 in Crystal City, Manitoba. He passed into the presence of his Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, March 4, 2009 at Heritage Village, Chilliwack, British Columbia. Jack moved to BC in 1949 and lived in numerous interior & northern communities during his years as BC Hydro lineman. Jack loved the Lord, his family, and his many friends. He was our "gentle giant" and will be missed by all who knew him. Jack was predeceased by his parents Michel and Alice, his first wife Betty, first born son Blake, and siblings Edith, Don, Ted and Allan. Family left to mourn his passing are Sherry, wife of 19 years; sons Rocky (Karren), Shane, and Myles (Karen); step-sons Kevin (Kathy), Jason (Susan) and Mark; grandchildren Alexandra and Arryn Bauder, Marshal, Hope, Isabella and Ottillia Chupa, Larissa, Mathew, Sylvan, and Sequoia Teschke. Chilliwack Memorial service will be held in the Chapel atGlad Tidings Fellowship, Chilliwack Central Road, at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, March 7, 2009. Kamloops service to be held at Bible Truth Church, Monday, March 9th, 2009 at 1:00 p.m., 1099 Fraser Street. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Jack's memory to the Alzheimer Society of BC or the Gideon's Bible Society
