The death occurred peacefully at his late residence on Saturday, Jan. 9 , 2010, of Carl Angus Gallison of Summerside, P.E.I., aged 73 years. Carl was born on March 20, 1936, in Stanley, N.B., to his late parents, Eldon and Margaret Gullison. Beloved husband of Ann (nee Stewart) {Dillon} Gallison, and loving father of Chuck (Celie) of Suffolk, and Peggy (Al) of Ottawa, Ont. Also lovingly remembered by his mother-in-law, Jessie Stewart of Summerside, his stepchildren, Marie (Roy) Dillon of New Annan, and Peggy (Stephen) Manderson of Lot 16, his grandchildren, Samantha, Frankie, Zachary and Charlotte, his stepgranddaughter, Jessica Taylor, along with many nieces, nephews and brothers- and sisters-in-law. Survived by his brothers, Eugene (Joan) and Ralph Gullison and his sisters, Bertha Drummond and Margaret Gallagher, all of N.B. Besides his parents, Carl was predeceased by his son, Brenton, and his brother-in-law, Francis Drummond. Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Rd., Summerside until Wednesday, Jan. 13, for a funeral service in the funeral home chapel at 10:30 a.m. Interment to take place in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Valley, at a later date.
