Ralph Harry Grinder passed away Saturday, March 7, 2009 after a short illness. He is survived by long time companion Rose Haller and daughter Audrey (Kurt), grandchildren Cole and Lane. Also survived by his ex-wife Sharon and children Mardy (Ruth), Mernie (Rick), Morry (Jodie), Mark (Yvette) and grandchildren Cody, Ty, Rochelle, Terren, Lane, Bailey, Charity and Hunter. Also left to cherish his memory are his siblings Jean (Roy), Dolly (Tommy), Marj, Vi (Dick), Roy, Kenny (Colleen), Bernice (Jack) and many numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family. Ralph was predeceased by his parents Henry and Annie, his brothers Floyd and Howie. Ralph was born at Big Bar Creek on July 19, 1938. He considered Big Bar and Clinton home, but worked throughout the Caribou during his life. He relished all aspects of rodeo and ranching, his other interests included logging, mining, breaking horses, training dogs, playing music and visiting family and friends. Funeral Service will be held on Friday, March 13, 2009 at 2:00 P.M. in the Schoening Funeral Chapel, 513 Seymour Street. On Saturday, March 14, 2009 at 2:00 P.M. a Service will be held in the Clinton Community Hall with interment to follow in the Clinton Cemetery.
