JENSEN Rigmor Jensen died suddenly on March 14, 2009 in her home at Bedford Manor. She will be missed by her son Claus (Heather) Jensen and her daughter Marianne (John) LeFlufy, as well as her grandchildren Erik (Lianne) Jensen, Greg (Joanne) LeFlufy, Kim LeFlufy, Keith Jensen, Chris (Christa) LeFlufy, Neil (Jacoline) Jensen and Katherine (Chris) Spencer and her great grandson Spencer Jensen. Rigmor was born in Aalborg, Denmark on March 22, 1927, the youngest of 12 children. In 1957 Rigmor, her husband Edmund and their two young children immigrated to Canada and settled in Vancouver. She started her own janitorial business which she ran until 1972 when she and her husband moved to Yellow Point on Vancouver Island, and semi-retired. Five years later they relocated to Sorrento where they bought a 20 acre hobby farm. In 1991, after the death of her husband, Rigmor moved to Kamloops and lived in Brocklehurst where she met many wonderful friends. When her health declined she moved into assisted living. At Rigmor's request there will not be a funeral service. Should friends desire, donations to the Kamloops S.P.C.A., 1211 - 8th Street, Kamloops, BC, V2B 2Y3 in memory of Rigmor would be appreciated.
