RAMIER, LOIS AVALYN - The passing of Lois Avalyn (Broome) Ramier of Fredericton, NB, wife of James Ramier, occurred on Friday, August 3, 2012 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born on January 13, 1939 in Prince William, NB, she was a daughter of the late George and Lydia (Saunders) Broome. In addition to her husband, Lois is survived by her son, Jamie Ramier (Kim) and their son, Grady of Hanwell, NB; daughter, Juile Anne Ramier-Nickerson (Mark) and their daughter, Autumn of Calgary, AB; granddaughter, Elizabeth Esterbrooks of Hamstead, NB; brother, Albert Broome of Silverwood, NB; sister, Katherine Kaine (Bill) of Calgary, AB; aunt, Jean Saunders of Fredericton, NB; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
There will be no visitation or service by request. In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association, Heart and Stroke Foundation of New Brunswick or a charity of the donor’s choice. Personal condolences may be offered through www.yorkfh.com
