It is with great sadness that the family of the late Benedict Dennis announce his passing at the Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital, Stephenville on Saturday, January 9, 2010 at the age of 70 years. He will be sadly missed by his loving wife, Elizabeth and two daughters: Nora (Reuben) Tallick of Piccadilly, Carolyn (John) Tallack of Piccadilly, two brothers: Gerald (Mary) of Waterloo, Ontario, Clarence of Three Rock Cove, two grandchildren: Megan Tallick, Ian Tallick and a large circle of relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents, Emmanuel and Carolyn Dennis. Cremation has taken place and funeral service will take place on Tuesday, January 12th at 2:00 p.m. at St. Philomena’s Chapel, Three Rock Cove with interment in the Roman Catholic Cemetery in Three Rock Cove. Funeral arrangements are under the supervision of Russell’s Funeral Home & Crematorium, Stephenville.
